Learning, imitating, and following Jesus Christ as our Lord and Savior, together. And we desire to invite everyone into His new, fun, amazing and full life, to do the same.
WE CARE ABOUT EVERYONE
Loving and those who are hurting and helping those who feel lost, discover Jesus who finds and heals.
Blessing our neighborhoods and communities with care, kindness, service and definitely sharing the good news of Jesus Christ, as we build and deepen relationships.
WE ARE A COMMUNITY
Gods plan is for us to be a part of a body of believers to walk side by side with through this life. Having others in our lives that know our names, families, care, help us grow closer to God, and walkout the Great Commission, is so important. We’re not meant to be followers of Jesus alone!
WE ARE CALLED
The calling Jesus gave was to go and make disciples: Spreading the Good News of Jesus, His call for all to follow Him, forgiveness of sin, and to obey His good Words (Matthew 28:19). We're excited to continually share the Good News and obey by making disciples of Jesus, making missionary leaders, and making relational communities in every community across the phoenix metro region.

It's All About Jesus
He is the Good News of freedom and restoration with God. We will show, share, and proclaim Jesus’ message to everyone we come in contact with.

Prayer is Super Important
An open and ongoing conversation with God is vital to all of life. We will go to God first before we say or do anything because He will always have the right answer and action.

Pulling All-Nighters
Being on mission, all day and all night, is not optional but a passionate call of God’s upon our hearts to join Him in the redemption of the world. So, we will do everything we possibly can so that every person comes into a known relationship with Jesus Christ.

Relationships Matter
We desire every person to be known in relationship with others; being fully recognized, belong, discipled, loved, and growing deeper in the direction of Jesus.

Discipleship is the Plan
Everyone is called to help people become students and followers of Jesus, being daily changed like Jesus, and living on mission with Jesus is the one thing the church should be doing all the time.

Students Have Skills
Investing and giving opportunity to youth because they have the potential to change the world when led by the Holy Spirit.

Holding To Truth
Never willing to withhold, omit or tweak God’s scriptures (voice) but speak truth in boldness, love, mercy and grace.

Not holding back, not giving small but giving in huge ways with our time, talents, abilities, passions, our possessions and financial treasures that belong to God from the beginning.

Enjoying The Ride
Joy is important to God and It doesn't exist outside of relationship. So, we'll have joy everyday as we draw close to God and as we have fun in community with others.
KNOWN'S
STORY
2020
The Sams family move to Surprise with a call and passion in their hearts for the lost and unknown. Soon after Breakfast and Bible was started with a few families from the neighborhood.
2022
Our first Sunday Gathering launches at Marley Park Elementary in Surprise
2023
KNOWN moves it's Sunday Gatherings to Huntington University in Peoria but most people feel the new location is too far, making the decision to leave.
2024
The church doors close in frustration and lack of growth for 6 months.
During which Pastor Nate realizes his errors and seeks repentance, fully surrendering to Gods plan. Then entering a season of discovery, listening, rebuilding, and transition
2025
With new God given vision, KNOWN relaunches Sunday Gatherings in Marley Park Elementary, KC's throughout the week, and disciple-making opportunities for everyone ready to take another step with Jesus.
